 Pepes, situated on Talbot Road, one of the main town centre roads leading to the Promenade, is the oldest gay bar in Blackpool. Occupying the lower basement of a 3 storey building, Pepes opened its doors to the public in 1992.Open 7 days a week, with regular theme nights and charity events, it is supported by a loyal local clientele keen to take advantage of the various events and cheap drinks night at the venue. Tuesday night is particularly popular with locals as it's firmly established cheap drinks night, entices customers with reduced priced drinks, and male stripper shows from early evening to the small hours of the morning. |
